Gary Hazel is an experienced Learning & Development Manager with more than 15 years of experience in implementing Learning Strategies and Processes to support Organizational Development.
He is currently Head of Learning & Development for The Injazat Institute (Ti2), a business-oriented career development initiative of Injazat Data Systems. He is responsible for managing and implementing learning strategies and processes that support transformational training aimed at significantly improving organizational and individual performance. His focus over the last 2 years has been to manage the development of UAE Nationals as part of the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision for both Injazat and other organizations in terms of Career Development and Talent Management.
Gary holds a degree in IT & Computing from the Open University and is certified with CIPD as an L&D Practitioner and the BPS for Level A & B Occupational Psychology.
Fetoun is an experienced Learning & Development Specialist with more than 8 years of experience in Learning and Development Consultancy, Program Design and Delivery, and Training Needs Analysis and Evaluation.
She has been a Learning & Development Specialist (Advanced) of The Injazat Institute (Ti2) for over 5 years now, and is currently responsible for supporting both business units and clients in designing, developing and implementing learning initiatives. She is also involved in designing and implementing career development solutions to support and develop UAE National employees.
Her previous role was to deliver technical courses to high school, diploma and higher diploma students. The focus was to ensure that students are able to run small IT projects in teams, and to gain the technical skills to earn certification.
Fetoun is a certified Level A&B Occupational Assessor and ILM Certified Trainer. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a Diploma in Data Processing Management.
Jose Santa Maria has 15 years of consolidated experience in Human Resource Management. He earned these out of working for various companies – 9 years for a bank, 2 years for a big retail firm, and 4 years for a multinational manufacturing corporation in the Philippines. Programs or projects he led or participated in include a job-fair, corporate culture, management development, training needs assessment, a school for development banking, job analysis, performance management, employee relations, career development, a people development institute, and an organizational climate survey. Over the years, he has also delivered various learning courses such as management or supervisory development, leadership, teambuilding, values awareness, problem analysis, code of ethics, and customer service.
He is currently assigned to an Injazat client, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC), as Training Specialist under the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Department. His role is focused on identifying, planning, developing and delivering ICT-related training services, especially those needed by the end-users.
Jose holds a degree in Management from De La Salle University and also completed his MBA units from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, both in Manila. He is a certified training instructor of Development Dimensions International (DDI), and also ITIL Certified at the Foundation level.
Ma. Romaine Jugo recently joined The Injazat Institute (Ti2). She has more than 8 years of experience in analysis & design, training delivery and training program evaluation in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry.
Her training career started when she was hired by her college as an assistant instructor for basic computer courses immediately after finishing her degree. She joined the BPO industry afterwards and honed her skills in training needs analysis, design & development, delivery and evaluation of training programs that are specific to the needs of the clients in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America.
She had successfully created, launched, and delivered training programs for newly hired and existing employees of several clients that are focused on customer service, networking, anti-virus technical, sales and communication skills improvement. With her global exposure in training, she was able to work closely with key people in human resources, workforce and operations team in developing and standardizing processes for training across all sites of her previous company.
She holds a degree in computer science from AMA Computer University.
